Senior Personal BankeróTeam Leader for Sales Bankers

V.P. Consumer/Mortgage Department

Basic Function:
Maintain a high level of knowledge on consumer loan NMSB policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Possess a through knowledge of the FDIC and State Dept of Financial Institutions compliance regulations on consumer loans. Review credit analysis of personal bankers and provide the first level approval. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the training needs for personal bankers and provide the initial basic training program for new personal bankers. Provide leadership oversight.

Manages a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary resource for all financial products and services needs of all customers on demand. Additional responsibilities include developing new client relationships from referrals and making referrals to Business Bankers, Portfolio Bankers and Mortgage Originators.

• College degree or equivalent experience in business related field desirable.
• Outstanding sales, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Specific knowledge of financial industry products, services, pricing and profitability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good computer skills.
