What is Online Banking?
Online Banking is an Internet-based service that provides you with a secure, convenient, and free way to do your banking. Use Online Banking to:
· Check the balances for your NMSB personal accounts
· See real-time account activity (does not include Credit Card)
· Transfer money between accounts
· View images of checks you've written
· Access your Home Equity Line (or make payments)
· Reorder checks
· Request stop payments
· Download account history to Quicken® and Microsoft Money®

How much does Online Banking cost?
Online Banking is free.
What do I need to enroll in Online Banking?
To enroll in Online Banking, you will need your:
· NMSB personal account number
· Social Security number
· Email address*
· Internet access using a recommended browser (Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher, Netscape® 6.2 and higher, AOL® 7.0 and higher, or AOL for Mac)
*Your email address is required to receive important service notifications.
Can I enroll in Online Banking if I don't have a checking or savings account?
Yes. Eligible NMSB personal accounts include: Checking, Savings, CD, Money Market, Home Equity, or Personal Loan. Not sure if you have an eligible account? Please contact your Personal Banker at (414) 466-2344 or email us at customersupport@nmsbank.com.
Can I enroll in Online Banking with a business account?
No. Currently business accounts can only be viewed for information at this time. However, NMSB is look to launch its Internet Service to Business Customers by year end. If you'd like more information on the NMSB Business Banking product, Please contact your Personal Banker at (414) 466-2344 or email us at customersupport@nmsbank.com.
How do I enroll for Online Banking?
To enroll in Online Banking:
1. Go to nmsbank.com and click Internet Banking
2. Click Sign-up
3. Click Continue
4. Read the NMSB Security and Disclosure Agreements for Online Banking and click on I Agree
5. Enter your enrollment information
6. Create your secure User ID
Note: Your temporary password will be mailed to you within 5 business days of enrollment.
What accounts can I view with Online Banking?
You can view the following North Milwaukee State Bank personal accounts:
ï Checking
ï Savings
ï Money Market (including Money Market Index Accounts)
ï Installment Loans (including auto loans)
ï Line of Credit (LOC)
ï Certificate of Deposit (CD)
ï Individual Retirement Account
What are check images?
Check images are images of your written and cleared NMSB checks that you can view, save, and print.
Does it cost money to view check images?
Yes. However, the first 5 Check images per month are FREE. After the first 5 per month the cost is $0.50 cents per image.
How do I view check images?
View check images in 2 easy steps:
1. In your Online Banking account, select a checking account, go to click on Statement (previous or current).
2. Click a Check Number shown in the transaction detail. A separate window will open with the image. Click on the image to view the backside.
Can I view business accounts?
Yes.
Can I reorder checks?
Yes. You can reorder checks by clicking on Reorder Checks (under the Accounts tab on the left Online Banking navigation bar).
Can I request a stop payment on a check?
Yes. You can request a stop payment on a paper check, or a range of paper checks, by clicking on Stop Payment (once your are in your Online Banking checking account). If you think any of your checks have been stolen, please contact your Personal Banker at (414) 466-2344 or a Customer Service Representative at (414) 371-7911.
Note: Standard fees may apply for certain transactions (ex: stop payment on paper checks). Refer to your fee schedule for details or please contact your Personal Banker at (414) 466-2344.
Is Online Banking secure?
Yes, NMSB is committed to providing you with peace of mind when using Online Banking and Bill Payment. Along with your customized, secure User ID and Password, we use a full range of Internet Security measures to ensure your accounts and payments are protected. Additionally, to protect your privacy, we will sign you out of Online Banking automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.

What are the system requirements to access Online Banking?
To use Online Banking, your Internet browser must support 128-bit encryption, cookies, and pop-up windows. The recommended Internet browsers include: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher, Netscape 6.2 and higher, AOL 7.0 and higher, or AOL for Mac.
Note: NMSB is not responsible for any fees associated with providing Internet service. Please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) if you have any Internet access billing-related questions.
How do I update my e-mail address?
You may change the e-mail address we have on record by accessing your Online Banking account click Option Tab then select Change E-mail Address.

When will the funds I transfer become available?
Your funds will become available immediately for any transfers between any eligible accounts made by 6:00 PM Central Time. For transfers made after 6:00 PM Central Time, the funds will be made available the following business day.
Can I transfer funds between different banks?
No. At this time, you can only transfer funds between eligible accounts held at NMSB.
Does it cost money to transfer funds?
No. Funds transfer between eligible North Milwaukee State Bank accounts is a free feature available with Online Banking.
