Faith-Based Relationship Manager

Vice President Marketing

Basic Function:
To grow NMSB's consumer customer base and mortgage portfolio through NMSB's existing niche market groups which include but are not limited to Faith Base; Milwaukee Public Schools; Choice Schools; Businesses and non-profit organizations. Assist Vice President of Marketing/Human Resources with the various task listed below in order to expedite NMSB's marketing efforts and increase banks customer base.

Dimensions:
Meet sales goals directly related to bank's annual operating budget.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

• College degree or equivalent experience in business related field desirable.
• Outstanding sales skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of financial industry products, services, pricing and profitability.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good computer skills. Ability and through knowledge of Publisher, Acrobat, Excel, and Windows XP software; and Graphics experience.
