Basic Function:
Demonstrate excellent performance as an experienced teller Maintain high level of knowledge of all bank policies and procedures related to teller position and teller operations; Ability to work with a manager to provide technical assistance to tellers and perform various administrative task, Maintain thorough knowledge of consumer banking products and services to increase our commitment meet customer needs by cross-selling of services and products. Actively solicit new business opportunities from both existing and new customers using customer service sales techniques, Provide and promote excellent quality customer service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, Cross train to provide telephone/receptionist customer service.

Provide telephone/receptionist customer service (i.e. Greeting/Assisting customers, answering telephones, handling or referring customer inquiries or request to appropriate staff, assisting with special projects such as sales promotions and customer surveys, etc) .

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of teller experience. Complete technical knowledge of PC Teller software, procedures, bank policies and standards.
• Excellent customer service skills/in person and by telephone.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to foster and support team work.
• High level of knowledge on bank policies and procedures and ability to make sound decisions, exercise good judgment and adhere to bank policies.
• Knowledge of bank products and services and commitment to cross-selling those products and services.
