Position:
Administrative Assistant

Manager:
Vice President Human Resources & Marketing

Basic Function:
Process, implement, and oversee all clerical and administrative task related human resources, marketing, training and faith-base department functions of the bank; as well as the incumbent is also responsible for some administration duties of the President.

To assist and perform duties directly related to the human resources, marketing, training and faith-base department functions of the bank; as well as the incumbent is also responsible for some administration duties of the President. The incumbent is expected to perform the below, outlined duties by working within the general guidelines in employment law, exercising judgment, relying on experience, and in accordance with objectives established by NMSB to determine the most effective approach and follow-up action.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Process the interpersonal skills to discuss sensitive financial situations in a tactful manner to resolve issues and yet maintain the bank's image.
  • Exercise confidentiality and good judgment in order to preserve the bank's best interest.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess good organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess above average mathematical skills.
  • Above average working knowledge of Excel, Micro-Soft Office, and Power Point computer skills. Acrobat computer skills are a plus.
